We hail the birth of the new struggle for the true genuine movement for the emancipation of Mindanao island. To free it from decades of corruption, violence, and dark tribalism that has frustrated efforts to free its millions of people from ignorance, poverty, and hopelessness.
Through this renewed thrust for a revolutionary island-state, the ARKAMIN movement aims to create a free republic of Mindanao which will be composed of well-meaning Muslims, Christians, and Lumads alike as well as sympatetic foreigners of all colors who will swear support to our cause which is reflective of the entire aim of greater humanity.
ARKAMIN believes that the only way we can forge effective alliances is to dispel doubts among diverse races by cleansing the people's ranks of those who caused pain and suffering in the past.
ARKAMIN welcomes a new dawn for the long-suffering people of Mindanao.
